David F. Santos

David F. Santos is a partner at Burr & Forman LLP, where his practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions. He assists clients with acquisitions, sales, financing, contracts, and property title disputes. Based in Charleston, he has represented individuals and businesses in transactions across South Carolina, particularly in Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties. His experience includes drafting and reviewing contracts, easements, and closing documents for complex, high-value transactions.

David earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and his B.S. from the College of Charleston. His education provided the legal and business knowledge necessary to navigate real estate transactions and resolve related disputes. Over the course of his career, David has combined his academic training with practical experience to deliver trusted counsel to clients handling important real estate matters statewide.
