David C. McCormack

David C. McCormack is a partner at Axley LLP with more than 30 years of experience in business law. He represents companies, lenders, developers, and property owners in a wide range of legal matters. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate organization, employment law, commercial real estate, finance, environmental law, and commercial litigation.
