About
Dash Radosti is an attorney on a mission to make justice accessible to everyone—not just the wealthy and powerful. As the founder of Equal Justice Solutions (EJS), a faith-based public interest law firm, he fights for people who have been wronged by big institutions, employers, and corporations. Whether it’s standing up for whistleblowers, employees, consumers, or victims of serious harm, he works to ensure fairness and accountability.
A Georgetown University Law Center graduate, Dash started his legal career at a top international law firm, handling high-stakes cases. But he quickly realized that the legal system often fails those without deep pockets. Determined to make a difference, he became a Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice, where he investigated and prosecuted fraud, consumer protection violations, sex trafficking, and child exploitation. This experience strengthened his commitment to standing up for those who need it most.
Today, Dash serves as Of Counsel at Wade Kipela Slade (WKS), where he represents whistleblowers, investors, and victims of workplace abuse, negligence, and sexual violence. His approach isn’t just about winning cases—it’s about creating real change and giving people a voice when they feel powerless.
At Equal Justice Solutions, Dash and his team work to level the playing field, providing legal guidance to workers, nonprofits, and ethical entrepreneurs. Fluent in Spanish and Italian with a working knowledge of Hindi, he connects with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring they get the representation they deserve.
Licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia, Dash continues to challenge injustice, helping everyday people take on powerful forces and demand what’s right.
