Darryl J. Horowitt

Darryl J. Horowitt is a highly accomplished trial lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator with extensive experience across California courts. Over his distinguished career, he has handled more than forty jury and non-jury trials as well as numerous arbitrations involving commercial, banking, real property, and construction disputes. His representation spans clients in industries such as consumer finance, class actions, unfair competition, and intellectual property, where he has consistently demonstrated precision, integrity, and deep legal acumen.

Darryl earned his B.A. in History from California State University before completing his J.D. at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. His educational background provided a strong foundation for his analytical and advocacy skills, which have become hallmarks of his career. Since his admission to the California Bar in 1981, he has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
