Darren M. Harris is a Partner at Sexual Harassment Employment Attorneys, where he focuses on employment law and civil litigation. Mr. Harris earned his B.A. in Social Science from the University of California at Irvine in 1994. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law in 1997 and later obtained his M.B.A. from the University of La Verne in 1998, graduating summa cum laude.

Mr. Harris began his legal career after passing the California State Bar Exam on his first attempt in 1997. He joined the firm now known as Sexual Harassment Employment Attorneys in 1998 and became a partner in 2002. He has since led numerous successful cases across California state courts and federal courts, including the United States District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Throughout his career, Mr. Harris has represented clients in complex employment disputes, large-scale trucking accident cases, and litigation involving false imprisonment and fraudulent claims. His jury trial experience has allowed him to protect workers’ rights and achieve favorable outcomes for those facing injustice in the workplace.
