Naphtalie Azor

Naphtalie Azor is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Azor Law, PLLC, a Florida-based civil rights firm dedicated to representing individuals facing discrimination, retaliation, and abuse. Her practice centers on employment discrimination, police brutality, excessive force, whistleblower retaliation, and prisoner abuse. Known for her tenacity and deep commitment to justice, Naphtalie fiercely advocates for those whose voices are often marginalized.

Naphtalie earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.S. in Political Science from Hunter College at the City University of New York. Naphtalie began her legal career as a prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York, where she developed courtroom experience and a foundation in trial advocacy. Since relocating to Florida in 2020, she has focused exclusively on civil rights and social justice litigation.

Naphtalie has quickly risen to prominence within the legal community. In 2022 and 2023, the National Trial Lawyers named her a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer in Florida. In 2024, she received the Super Lawyers Rising Star award, further recognizing her skill and leadership in civil rights litigation.
