Naphtalie Azor is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Azor Law, PLLC, a Florida-based civil rights firm dedicated to representing individuals facing discrimination, retaliation, and abuse. Her practice centers on employment discrimination, police brutality, excessive force, whistleblower retaliation, and prisoner abuse. Known for her tenacity and deep commitment to justice, Naphtalie fiercely advocates for those whose voices are often marginalized.
Naphtalie earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.S. in Political Science from Hunter College at the City University of New York. Naphtalie began her legal career as a prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York, where she developed courtroom experience and a foundation in trial advocacy. Since relocating to Florida in 2020, she has focused exclusively on civil rights and social justice litigation.
Naphtalie is a rising leader in Florida’s civil rights and civil plaintiff litigation.
