Christian J. Gabroy

Christian J. Gabroy is an accomplished trial attorney with a distinguished practice focused on employment law, personal injury, and civil litigation. He has personally litigated over a hundred cases, representing individuals in disputes involving wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, and federal civil rights claims under Section 1983.

Christian earned his B.A. in Political Science and Asian Studies, cum laude, from Tulane University in 2000, receiving top honors in his major. He earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2003.

While in law school, Christian gained hands-on trial experience clerking for top litigation firms, including Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen. After graduating, he handled civil trial litigation in Chicago before becoming licensed to practice law in Nevada in 2004. In 2008, he opened his own Henderson law firm—now Gabroy | Messer—where he continues to aggressively advocate for clients in complex litigation matters.

Christian J. Gabroy has served as lead counsel in both individual and class action wage and hour cases, often achieving favorable settlements and trial verdicts. Notable cases include McDougal v. C & W Motors, Inc., where the plaintiff received more than 100% of claimed overtime wages. His practice also includes breach of contract, deceptive business practices, and employment discrimination.
