Christian J. Gabroy

Christian J. Gabroy is an accomplished trial attorney with a distinguished practice focused on employment law, personal injury, and civil litigation. He has personally litigated over a hundred cases, representing individuals in disputes involving wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, and federal civil rights claims under Section 1983.

Christian earned his B.A. in Political Science and Asian Studies, cum laude, from Tulane University in 2000, receiving top honors in his major. He earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2003.

During law school, Christian clerked for several respected litigation firms, including Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak, & Kohen, where he honed his trial skills. After graduation, he practiced civil trial litigation in Chicago before becoming licensed in Nevada in 2004. In 2008, he founded his own firm in Henderson, now known as Gabroy | Messer, where he continues to advocate aggressively for clients.

Christian J. Gabroy has served as lead counsel in both individual and class action wage and hour cases, often achieving favorable settlements and trial verdicts. Notable cases include McDougal v. C & W Motors, Inc., where the plaintiff received more than 100% of claimed overtime wages. His practice also includes breach of contract, deceptive business practices, and employment discrimination.

Christian is widely recognized by his peers and has received honors such as the AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, “Top 10 Best Attorneys in Nevada” by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys, and selection to Super Lawyers.
