Devin T. McKnight is a principal attorney at Sheehey Furlong & Behm, focusing on criminal and civil litigation across a wide range of practice areas. Mr. McKnight earned his B.F.A. from Syracuse University in 2004, graduating magna cum laude. He later earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2013, graduating with honors. During law school, he served as Executive Articles Editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and was active on the Student Advisory Council for the Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinics.

Following law school, Mr. McKnight gained valuable judicial experience as a law clerk for Magistrate Judge John Conroy in the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont and for Justice Marilyn Skoglund on the Vermont Supreme Court. These roles gave him in-depth insight into both trial and appellate litigation processes.

Since joining the firm in 2019, Mr. McKnight has quickly established himself as a leading litigation attorney.
