Darin H. Luneckas

Darin H. Luneckas brings over two decades of legal experience, focusing on workers’ compensation and personal injury. Known for his clear and honest communication, he keeps clients informed through every phase of their case. His practice includes car accidents, wrongful death, work injuries, and product-related illnesses.<

Darin began his academic journey at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, earning a B.A. in Political Science. He was elected Student Body President and named 1995 Homecoming King. In May 1999, he earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Iowa College of Law and passed the Iowa Bar Exam shortly after.<

Darin started his legal career as a general practitioner at a local Cedar Rapids firm. In 2003, he launched his own practice and has since handled complex and high-stakes cases. Licensed in Iowa State Courts, the Federal Court for the Northern District of Iowa, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, Darin handles a wide range of personal injury and workplace-related claims.<

Darin’s leadership extends into the legal community. He has served as president of the Linn County Bar Association and remains active on its Board of Governors. He was Governor for the Iowa Association of Justice and a member of both the Judicial Magistrate Selection Committee and the Sixth District Judicial Nominating Commission. He also coached Coe College’s mock trial team as an adjunct professor.<
