Mark L. Chipokas is a seasoned attorney serving clients across Cedar Rapids and Eastern Iowa in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. Mark began his academic path at the University of Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1986 with distinction. He then attended the University of Iowa College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1989, also with distinction. During law school, he contributed as an author to the Journal of Corporate Law.

Mark focuses entirely on litigation and devotes 100% of his practice to advocating for injured clients. His areas of practice include workers’ compensation, personal injury, and motor vehicle accident claims. His dedication ensures that his clients receive direct attention and clear, honest legal guidance at every step.
