Daniel J. Henry, Jr. is a highly respected criminal defense attorney and former Erie County Assistant District Attorney. With over three decades of legal experience, he focuses on criminal defense and personal injury law, representing clients in both state and federal courts. He has a reputation for thorough, strategic, and tenacious advocacy.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School in 1986, following his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton in 1982. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 1987 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court (WDNY), Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
A certified death penalty attorney, Daniel is part of a select group qualified to handle capital cases. His work spans violent felonies, white-collar crimes, RICO cases, DWI, conspiracy charges, and professional misconduct defense.
