Douglas N. Koth is the founding partner of Koth Gregory & Nieminski, established in 1990, with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation grounded in experience, empathy, and efficiency. Mr. Koth completed his undergraduate studies at Illinois State University, graduating with honors with degrees in Economics and History. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law. His academic background strengthened the analytical foundation that supports his broad legal career.

Mr. Koth began his professional journey as an associate at McKenna, Storer, Rowe, White, and Farrug in Chicago, where he worked alongside accomplished litigators. His early experience in insurance defense provided intensive trial exposure, sharpening his courtroom skills and establishing the groundwork for his future work as a firm founder and leader.

After years of successful litigation practice in Chicago, Mr. Koth chose to establish a firm built on client-centered service and efficient, results-oriented representation.
