Whitney Miller

Whitney Miller is a dedicated partner-level attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense, juvenile law, and family legal matters. Her work includes handling cases involving felonies, misdemeanors, child custody, child support, and divorce. She brings a strong courtroom presence and strategic legal guidance to every client she represents.

Whitney earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2012, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Business Management from Marietta College. She also holds a minor in Spanish and a Certificate in Leadership Studies, reflecting her well-rounded academic preparation.

While in law school, Whitney gained valuable experience through internships with the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals, the Bedford Municipal Prosecutor’s Office, and within the UK’s English Legal System. These opportunities allowed her to develop advocacy skills, write court opinions, and observe high-level judicial proceedings.

Whitney was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2012. She later served clients in Summit County, handling legal representation in both Common Pleas and Juvenile Courts. Her skills include writing motions, preparing legal briefs, and appearing in court on behalf of her clients in both criminal and civil matters.

Beyond her courtroom work, Whitney has been active in the legal community, including a term as Secretary for the Women in Law Section of the Akron Bar Association. She is also the former principal attorney of her own law office, where she practiced from 2013 to 2018, building a reputation for integrity and client-focused representation.
