Dustin Nimz is a criminal defense attorney known for his strong courtroom preparation and personal approach to client service. Dustin earned a B.A. in Political Science from Midwestern State University before attending Texas Tech University School of Law, where he received his J.D. He later earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy with honors from Temple University Beasley School of Law. His advanced education reflects his continued commitment to courtroom advocacy and legal knowledge.

Dustin has been board-certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice through the State Bar of Texas, the Northern District of Texas, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. His legal background includes handling criminal law matters with careful preparation, detailed case analysis, and a strong focus on defending client interests.

Dustin also stays active in legal organizations throughout Texas to strengthen his professional knowledge and courtroom skills. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and as Vice President of the North Texas Criminal Lawyers Association. He is also involved with the NORML Legal Committee, the Jury Service Committee – State Bar of Texas, and the College of the State Bar of Texas.
