Daniel J. Kopp

Daniel J. Kopp is a senior partner at Marshall Brown, LLP, concentrating his legal practice on commercial real estate law. With decades of experience, Dan has handled various real estate transactions, including leasing, lending, acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and distressed property matters. His clients include national and regional developers, institutional investors, and office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use property owners.

Dan earned his B.A. in Philosophy and English from the University of Notre Dame. He went on to receive his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law, where he was a member of the prestigious Order of the Coif and served as Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal.

Dan is well known for representing landlords in complex leasing matters involving retail centers, office parks, and industrial properties.
