Daniel Fischetti

Daniel Fischetti is a Board Certified Expert in Criminal Trial Law with more than two decades of legal experience. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Known for his strong trial advocacy skills, he has built a reputation as a dedicated attorney representing clients facing serious criminal charges.

Fischetti earned his Bachelor’s from the University of Florida before pursuing his legal education. He later obtained his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, which has been ranked number one in the nation for trial advocacy by U.S. News & World Report. His academic preparation gave him the tools to succeed as a trial lawyer, focusing on research, courtroom advocacy, and effective case strategy.

Fischetti began his career in 2002 as a prosecutor in Florida’s Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, where he was quickly promoted to lead trial attorney of a felony division. In that role, he was responsible for prosecuting all drug trafficking cases while also handling other serious felony matters. Since transitioning into private practice, he has used his prosecutorial experience to defend individuals accused of criminal offenses and assist injury victims seeking justice.

Daniel Fischetti has been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers list for multiple years, an honor given to only 5% of attorneys in the state. He also volunteers as an attorney ad litem for juveniles through Crossroads for Florida Kids. Beyond his practice, he contributes to his community through leadership roles with local organizations, including Palma Ceia Little League and the Roosevelt Elementary School Dads Club, where he served as president.
