Dan Fisher

Dan Fisher is a seasoned lawyer known for guiding sophisticated asset managers through complex credit and hybrid investment transactions. Dan earned his B.A. from Columbia University in 1999. He later received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2002. His early training as a public M&A lawyer shaped his ability to analyze risk, manage negotiations, and lead complicated deals with clarity and focus.

He also advises major investors, including Benefit Street Partners, Blackstone Credit, Elliott Investment Management, Francisco Partners Credit Fund, FS Investments, and General Atlantic Credit, on complex capital-deployment transactions.
