Damian Kidd

Damian Kidd is a dedicated personal injury lawyer and the Managing Partner of The Advocates Injury Attorneys. He has been serving injury victims since 2007. Over the years, he has helped thousands of clients recover millions of dollars in compensation for their injuries and losses. His work focuses on representing individuals harmed in accidents, including car, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, bicycle, dog-bite, and slip-and-fall cases. Damian earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2004. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University. During his undergraduate studies, he attended Idaho State University and The George Washington University before completing his degree at BYU. His academic background in political science and law gave him a strong foundation in legal analysis, research, and advocacy.

Damian began his legal career in 2005 as in-house counsel for ClearPlay, Inc. In 2007, he served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Bingham County, Idaho, gaining valuable courtroom experience. That same year, he joined The Advocates at Driggs, Bills & Day. Since then, he has focused on personal injury law, helping accident victims secure fair settlements and verdicts.

Damian Kidd is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association and the Utah State Bar Association. He also belongs to the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and the Utah Trial Lawyers Association. Through strong negotiation and trial skills, he works hard to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
