Steven E. Weinberger is a seasoned personal injury attorney with nearly 40 years of experience handling wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims. Steven earned his legal education before beginning a career shaped by mentorship from respected plaintiff’s personal injury lawyers. Early guidance from accomplished trial attorneys helped him develop strong litigation skills and a disciplined approach to case preparation. Over the years, he has applied that foundation to represent clients in high-stakes injury matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Steven is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, as well as in the federal courts of Arizona, California, and New Mexico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He serves on the Board of Directors and the Membership Committee of the Arizona Association for Justice. He also served as Chair of the Arizona State Bar In-House Counsel Committee and has worked for more than 20 years as a panel arbitrator for the Maricopa County Superior Court. He is now extending his practice to include service as a Mediator.
