D. Tyler Fellows

Tyler Fellows is a partner and attorney at Alpert & Fellows, LLC in Wisconsin. He represents clients in family law, personal injury, and mesothelioma cancer cases. His practice focuses on divorce, child placement, child support, and serious injury claims. Mr. Fellows is known for providing clear guidance and strong courtroom advocacy. He works closely with individuals and families to protect their rights and pursue fair results.

Mr. Fellows earned his J.D. with Honors in Tax from Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana. He also received a B.A. from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. His major was Sociology – Criminal Justice, with a minor in Social Work. His academic background supports his practical and strategic approach to the law.

Mr. Fellows began his legal career serving as a Student Attorney with the Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office. He later worked as an Associate Attorney at Alpert & Gregorski from 1995 to 2000. In 1995, he was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. He has also served as a guest lecturer for Civil Litigation courses at Lakeshore Technical College and Moraine Park Technical College. Through these roles, he has strengthened his litigation skills and commitment to professional excellence.

Mr. Fellows, as a certified mediator, completed the Family Law Mediation Program at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Division of Continuing Studies – Professional Development and Applied Studies. This training allows him to guide clients through negotiation and settlement when possible, while remaining prepared for trial when needed.
