Laura V. Mac Ban

Laura V. Mac Ban is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 38 years of experience handling medical malpractice, professional liability, and complex tort litigation. She has served as lead counsel in jury trials, arbitrations, hospital administrative due process hearings, and mediations. She represents individuals and business entities in significant multi-million-dollar claims across Arizona and Colorado.

Laura earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 1985. She later received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Arizona in 1988. Her academic achievements reflect a strong foundation in analytical thinking and legal reasoning that continues to guide her litigation strategy.

Laura is licensed in both Arizona and Colorado and admitted to the Arizona Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado. She is rated AV/5.0 “Preeminent”® by her peers in Martindale Hubbell. She has also been selected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization.
