Annemarie Ficarra

Annemarie Ficarra is an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP, where she practices within the Business Law section as a member of the Transactions Practice Group. Her work focuses on corporate law and transactional matters, particularly for clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Annemarie earned her Juris Doctor with high honors from Emory University School of Law in 2023. Annemarie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, magna cum laude, from Oakland University, where she also minored in Political Science and was named a Presidential Scholar. Her academic focus in HR and governance enhances her understanding of the legal challenges faced by modern employers.

Annemarie gained valuable experience during law school. She served as a legal intern for a leading manufacturing company in Atlanta, where she researched corporate governance and labor law issues. She also worked with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, counseling nonprofit organizations on contracts and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Foley full-time, Annemarie served as a Summer Associate with the firm. Her blend of legal training and real-world experience allows her to approach corporate transactions with precision and a client-focused mindset.
