Colin D. O’Sullivan is an Arizona native who has built a strong career in criminal defense. He represents individuals facing serious charges and brings focused courtroom skill to every case. His background in public service shaped his approach to protecting the rights of people accused of crimes.
Colin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of San Diego, where he graduated Cum Laude. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. During law school, he took the February Bar Examination early in his third year and passed before graduation, allowing him to begin practicing law right away.
Colin began his legal career with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s office, where he worked for four years. During that time, he represented clients in hundreds of felony matters and handled cases ranging from homicides to misdemeanors. He managed every stage of criminal cases, including investigations, legal research, motion practice, plea negotiations, and courtroom hearings.
Colin has significant trial experience and has handled felony jury trials involving charges such as 2nd Degree Murder and Robbery. He has secured not guilty verdicts in cases that included Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon on Police Officers, Possession of Meth for Sale, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Assault, Kidnapping, Burglary, and Robbery. His work includes jury selection, evidentiary hearings, oral arguments, and detailed case preparation.
Colin O’Sullivan is licensed to practice law in Arizona and the United States District Court of Arizona. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar and continues to focus on strong advocacy for clients facing serious criminal charges.
