Todd P. Romero is a skilled trial attorney who practices in all areas of criminal defense. He represents clients facing complex felony charges, misdemeanors, and DUIs across Arizona. Known for his strong courtroom presence, he defends clients in criminal cases, investigations, and civil administrative actions.
Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University and later completed his master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, building a solid academic foundation for his legal career.
Todd gained early hands-on experience working with the Cochise County Public Defender’s Office and the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office. These roles allowed him to handle a wide range of felony matters and develop practical skills in trial preparation, client advocacy, and case strategy.
Todd has represented clients in numerous felony cases and has achieved multiple favorable jury trial verdicts. His results include positive outcomes for a client involved in a road rage incident with an off-duty police officer and another charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault. He prepares each case carefully and advocates with confidence before judges and juries.
