Sean McNally

Sean McNally is a litigator specializing in criminal and DUI offenses in Arizona. Sean earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science from Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude while serving at Luke Air Force Base. He later graduated from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. During law school, he focused on criminal defense and earned a Certificate in Criminal Law and Policy.

Sean gained early legal experience through internships at the City of Tucson Municipal Court and the Pima County Public Defender’s office. His dedication to criminal defense was recognized when he received the Hon. Joseph M. Livermore Service Award upon graduation. These experiences helped him build a solid foundation in courtroom procedure and case analysis.

Sean continued to strengthen his legal skills through judicial clerkships. He clerked for the Honorable Kellie Johnson at the Pima County Superior Court and for the Honorable Sean E. Brearcliffe at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division 2. Afterward, he worked for several years at a Tucson-based criminal defense firm, handling a variety of criminal matters.

Sean McNally also served with distinction in the United States Air Force for more than 20 years, primarily at Luke Air Force Base. His military background reflects discipline, leadership, and commitment to service. He brings those same qualities to his legal practice while helping clients navigate serious criminal charges with focus and determination.
