Colette Monaghan

Colette Monaghan is a skilled real estate lawyer and Partner at Wolfe & Associates in Middletown, Delaware. While in law school, she served as Secretary of the First Generation Law Student Association and participated in the Intense Trial Advocacy Program (I.T.A.P.). She was also a member of Phi Alpha Delta and mentored students through the SBA’s Mentor-Mentee Program.

Ms. Monaghan began her legal career, gaining valuable experience in legal support and public service roles. She worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Rufo Associates, P.A., where she assisted with legal documentation and case preparation. She later served as an Administrative Specialist with the Delaware Department of Justice, supporting legal operations and developing a strong understanding of government legal procedures. These early roles helped build a solid foundation in legal research, documentation, and case management.

Colette Monaghan, after earning her law degree, advanced her legal career as an Associate Attorney at Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly, P.C. She later joined Wolfe & Associates, where she now serves as a Partner and Real Estate Attorney. In this role, she assists clients with real estate transactions, contract review, and property-related legal issues. Admitted to practice law in Delaware and Pennsylvania, she is committed to helping clients handle real estate matters efficiently and with strong legal protection.
