Kyle Davis

Kyle Davis focuses her legal practice on complex commercial real estate and finance matters. She advises institutional clients, developers, and lenders involved in large property transactions. Her work frequently involves structuring joint ventures, managing acquisitions, and helping clients navigate financing arrangements tied to major development and investment projects.

Kyle built a strong academic foundation for her legal career through focused studies in economics, philosophy, and law. Kyle Davis earned a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated in 2007. She later earned a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she completed her degree in 2010.

Kyle regularly represents banks, insurance companies, and institutional lenders in commercial loan transactions secured by a wide range of real estate assets. These matters often involve construction loans and long-term financing for projects such as multifamily communities, office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial parks, and condominium developments.

Kyle also works closely with clients involved in property acquisitions, asset management strategies, and the sale of real estate holdings.
