Christopher L. Sabala is a dedicated real estate attorney known for his commitment to clients and a strong sense of duty shaped by his upbringing. Christopher began his academic journey by earning a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. During his time at UTSA, he was selected for an internship with the U.S. Census Bureau in Suitland–Silver Hill, Maryland. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio.
While attending law school, Christopher clerked with the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office. There, he conducted in-depth research and investigations that supported legal actions to protect everyday Texans—an experience that reinforced his passion for advocacy and public service.
Before practicing law, Christopher worked as a cost accountant for both national and regional homebuilders in Denver and Austin. His work in financial oversight, project analysis, and collaboration with developers sparked his long-term interest in real estate. Motivated by this experience, he decided to pursue law instead of becoming a certified public accountant.
Since becoming licensed in 2014, Christopher L. Sabala has represented clients across seven counties in matters ranging from contract disputes and property access cases to non-disclosure claims and easement lawsuits. His mediation work has helped resolve many real estate conflicts through clear, client-centered strategies. He values history, both professionally and personally. His deep respect for historical rights and his knowledge of property law allow him to defend client interests with confidence and care.
