Ryan Reiffert

Ryan Reiffert is a highly accomplished attorney with over 12 years of experience advising clients in business law, estate planning, and probate matters. He has handled legal issues for startups, investors, families, and high-net-worth individuals across a broad range of needs, including corporate transactions, capital raises, acquisitions, and wills and trusts.

Ryan holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a National Merit Scholar and a member of several honor societies. He went on to earn his J.D. from New York University School of Law, contributing to the NYU Annual Survey of American Law and assisting faculty as a teaching and research assistant. He later obtained a Business Essentials Certificate (“Mini-MBA”) from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Early in his legal career, Ryan trained at globally recognized law firms, where he worked on billion-dollar deals and honed his negotiation skills.
