William E. Eick

William E. Eick is a seasoned California attorney with over four decades of legal experience, focusing on probate, estate planning, trust administration, and probate/trust litigation. A partner in his firm, William also brings deep knowledge in real estate and oil and gas law, offering comprehensive counsel across a range of property and inheritance-related legal matters.

William earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law, following a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Since then, he has practiced law in La Crescenta for over 25 years and continues to serve clients with trusted legal guidance and practical solutions.

Beyond his legal practice, William is deeply involved in land conservation and local community initiatives. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Fond Land Preservation Foundation, a nonprofit focused on acquiring and protecting privately owned, publicly accessible open space throughout Los Angeles County. Under his leadership, the Foundation has preserved more than 550 acres of land, with a significant concentration in the Verdugo Mountains.

William has also contributed significantly to his local community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Shadow Hills Property Owners Association (SHPOA) for over 30 years and was part of the Los Angeles City Proposition K-Valley Volunteer Neighborhood Council Oversight Committee, which helped allocate park bond funding for more than eight years. He also played a role in drafting the Los Angeles City Slope Density Ordinance, impacting urban development and land use planning.
