Christopher C. Walton

Christopher C. Walton is the founder of Walton Injury Law, an award-winning firm with offices in California, Oregon, and Washington. After several years defending insurance companies, he shifted his focus to representing plaintiffs. His practice centers on personal injury, employment law, and nursing home neglect cases.

Christopher earned his B.A. from Western Washington University, where he was listed on the President’s Honor List. He received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, graduating cum laude. He also earned the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and several American Jurisprudence Awards.

Christopher was awarded the Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award by Consumer Attorneys of San Diego in 2020. Since 2013, he has been selected to the Super Lawyers list each year. The Daily Transcript named him a Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney in 2013 and 2014.

Christopher maintains an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethical standards. He serves as the Immediate Past President for Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and sits on the Board of Directors for Consumer Attorneys of California. He is also an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice.

In 2012, Christopher co-founded the Access to Law Initiative with Professor Robert Seibel. The program provides affordable and pro bono legal services while mentoring new lawyers. Within one year, it became a model for similar incubators nationwide and strengthened community-based legal support.

Christopher C. Walton is admitted to practice in California, Oregon, and Washington. He is a member of several professional associations, including the American Association for Justice. Through every case, he remains committed to protecting clients’ rights and delivering skilled, focused advocacy.
