Christine K. Bush is a distinguished trial lawyer and Vice Chair of the Litigation Department at Hinckley Allen. With over two decades of experience, she focuses on intellectual property litigation, commercial disputes, and construction law, representing clients across various industries, including technology, manufacturing, education, and energy.
Christine earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 1996 and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College in 1991. She has extensive experience handling complex cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, false advertising, and non-compete disputes. Her litigation expertise spans across industries, and she has successfully managed Markman hearings, tried cases to verdict or judgment, and advised businesses on strategic intellectual property matters.
Before joining Hinckley Allen, Christine was a partner at Scott & Bush Ltd. (2009-2014). Her exceptional work in litigation has earned her recognition from Best Lawyers in America® (2012-2025), including Lawyer of the Year multiple times. She has been consistently recognized by Chambers USA (2005-2024) and Super Lawyers (2009-2024) and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
