Christine K. Bush is a distinguished trial lawyer and Vice Chair of the Litigation Department at Hinckley Allen. With over two decades of experience, she focuses on intellectual property litigation, commercial disputes, and construction law, representing clients across various industries, including technology, manufacturing, education, and energy.

Christine earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 1996 and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College in 1991. She has extensive experience handling complex cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, false advertising, and non-compete disputes. Her litigation expertise spans across industries, and she has successfully managed Markman hearings, tried cases to verdict or judgment, and advised businesses on strategic intellectual property matters.

Before joining Hinckley Allen, Christine served as a partner at Scott & Bush Ltd. from 2009 to 2014. A highly accomplished trial and appellate lawyer, she has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® every year from 2012 to 2025, earning multiple “Lawyer of the Year” honors.
