Adam S. Baldridge is a highly accomplished attorney focusing on intellectual property and technology litigation. As chair of Baker Donelson’s Intellectual Property Group, he has first-chair experience in high-stakes patent, trade secret, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, copyright, and right-of-publicity cases. He has successfully represented clients before federal courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

With honors, Mr. Baldridge earned his Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Stone Scholar and Executive Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis, where he distinguished himself in academic excellence.

Mr. Baldridge is an experienced intellectual property litigator who defends clients in high-stakes patent infringement lawsuits, including cases that lead to the surrender or invalidation of patent rights.
