Andrew G. DiNovo is a partner at DiNovo Price LLP, focusing on complex patent litigation, inter partes review, and appellate matters. He has extensive experience litigating technology-driven intellectual property disputes in electrical engineering, telecommunications, and computer software. He also drafts and negotiates licensing agreements and other technology-related contracts, representing clients primarily in the high-tech electronics and computer industries.
With honors, Mr. DiNovo earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Rice University. His technical and legal background makes him a formidable advocate for companies navigating patent litigation and intellectual property protection.
As a registered patent attorney, Mr. DiNovo has represented clients in patent prosecution and post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted to multiple U.S. District Courts, including the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
