Austin P. Campbell is a knowledgeable employment attorney who has helped clients across Texas with job-related legal matters since 2016. Austin holds three academic degrees. He earned an A.A. from Oxford College of Emory University in 2011. He then received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Emory University in 2013, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He completed his Juris Doctorate at Vanderbilt University Law School in 2016, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.

Throughout his legal career, Austin has guided workers through complex legal systems. He has experience handling unemployment claims, negotiating severance agreements, and filing charges with agencies such as the EEOC, OSHA, and the Texas Workforce Commission. His clients include workers from various backgrounds and industries, from city employees to professionals in private companies.

Austin has led representation in arbitration and an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission hearing. His efforts have consistently centered on helping individuals who may not otherwise have the means to challenge powerful employers.

Austin is admitted to practice law in Texas and Tennessee, along with multiple federal courts in Texas. He is a member of the Texas Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. In 2021, he earned Board Certification in Labor and Employment Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
