Austin P. Campbell

Austin P. Campbell is a knowledgeable employment attorney who has helped clients across Texas with job-related legal matters since 2016. Austin holds three academic degrees. He earned an A.A. from Oxford College of Emory University in 2011. He then received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Emory University in 2013, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He completed his Juris Doctorate at Vanderbilt University Law School in 2016, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.

Throughout his legal career, Austin has guided workers through complex legal systems. He has experience handling unemployment claims, negotiating severance agreements, and filing charges with agencies such as the EEOC, OSHA, and the Texas Workforce Commission. In 2021, he earned Board Certification in Labor and Employment Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
