Charlotte Viener has dedicated 25 years exclusively to the practice of immigration law in New Orleans. Charlotte earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, before completing her Juris Doctor at Tulane University School of Law in 1998. She is a member of both the Louisiana Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.

Charlotte began her career in immigration law with a deep passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex immigration challenges. In 2001, she established her own practice to focus on providing personalized representation across Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. She is particularly skilled with hardship waivers, achieving nearly perfect success in both 601 and 601A Waivers of Inadmissibility. Her courtroom work includes representing clients in removal and deportation cases before Immigration Courts in New Orleans, Jena, and Oakdale. She has guided clients through asylum claims, cancellation of removal cases, and bond hearings, demonstrating a wide range of advocacy in critical immigration proceedings.
