Charles S. Siegel leads the appellate and qui tam practices at Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel, where he handles complex litigation across numerous jurisdictions. His legal work spans appellate courts in nine federal circuits and multiple state supreme courts, reflecting his broad influence and expertise in the field of law. Charles has also litigated in over 30 states and internationally, including the Republic of the Marshall Islands.

Charles earned both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, completing his J.D. in 1985. During law school, he served on the editorial board of the Review of Litigation, setting the foundation for his rigorous legal analysis and appellate success. His legal scholarship is further highlighted by his guest lectures at several law schools, both domestically and internationally.

Throughout his career, Charles has led high-impact litigation involving asbestos exposure, birth injuries, defective medical devices, opioid-related harms, and toxic torts.
