Charles graduated Cum Laude from the University of Memphis with a B.S.E.T. in Architectural Technology before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Law School in 1990. In 2012, Charles founded the Torres Law Firm, PLLC, with a mission to provide effective, results-driven legal services.
