Chad Graddy

Chad Graddy is an accomplished trial attorney at W. Bryan Smith & Associates, focusing on a broad range of personal injury and civil litigation matters. His practice includes auto accidents, birth injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, slip and fall incidents, trucking accidents, and traumatic brain injury cases. With years of courtroom experience, Mr. Graddy works to resolve complex legal disputes and protect the rights of injured individuals.

Mr. Graddy received his J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law in 1995 and his B.A. from Emory University in 1992.

Mr. Graddy has been actively involved in professional legal organizations throughout his career. He served on the Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Litigation Section from 2007 to 2014 and chaired the section from 2012 to 2013. He is also a member of the Memphis Bar Association, where he co-chaired the Litigation Section in 2015, and holds memberships in both the Tennessee and Georgia Bar Associations.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Graddy has contributed to the nonprofit sector through leadership roles. He served as a board member for the Alliance for Non-Profit Excellence and the Memphis Mid-South Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, where he was president of the board from 2004 to 2009. He is also a past member of the Leo Bearman, Jr. Inn of Court and a fellow of the New Memphis Institute/Memphis Leadership Academy.
