Jami S. Oliver is a nationally recognized attorney with over two decades of experience advocating for victims of negligence, discrimination, and corporate wrongdoing. Since launching her firm in 2000, she has fought for justice across many practice areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, FMLA violations, and defective products.
Jami earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio Northern University in 1990. She received her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University School of Law in 1993. That same year, she was admitted to the Ohio Bar, followed by admissions to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1994 and the U.S. District Courts for both the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio in 1995.
Jami has achieved numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements and has been involved in major class actions and multidistrict litigation cases. Her legal advocacy extends to administrative appeals, whistleblower actions, severance disputes, and overtime claims. She approaches each case to empower victims and hold wrongdoers accountable.
Jami is deeply involved in the legal community. She has served as president of both the Ohio Women’s Bar Association and the Central Ohio Association for Justice and is a long-standing board member of the Association for Justice. She currently chairs the Federal Courts Committee. Her legal insights and leadership have also earned her frequent media recognition at the state and national levels.
