Harry L. Arnold

Harry L. Arnold is an associate at Marquis Aurbach Chtd, where his practice focuses on the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation matters. He represents individuals, businesses, and corporations in a variety of disputes involving corporate law, trade secrets, construction defect claims, and mechanic’s liens. Harry earned his J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as a Research Editor for the George Mason Law Review. He graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Government. Prior to law school, he worked for a public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., where he gained valuable experience that informs his litigation practice today.

Harry’s practice includes an active appellate component. He has successfully represented municipalities in civil rights defense cases before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His litigation experience spans both jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, and he is known for his thorough approach to protecting his clients’ interests in high-stakes disputes.
