Erin E. Grolle

Erin E. Grolle is a shareholder in Las Vegas focusing on intellectual property law with significant experience managing large-scale trademark portfolios for clients in the gaming, entertainment, and hospitality sectors. Erin is recognized for developing practical, cost-effective strategies that help maximize her clients’ brand value. Her extensive work includes advising on trademark selection, clearance, registration, licensing, and enforcement, and she has successfully prosecuted hundreds of trademark applications.

Erin earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law and holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada. Erin has held multiple leadership roles within the State Bar of Nevada Intellectual Property Section and is a founding member of its Entertainment Section. She is also active with the International Trademark Association and the Clark County Bar Association.

Erin frequently represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also protects brands online, regularly helping clients remove infringing website content and recover domain names through UDRP proceedings.
