Ginger McGuire

Ginger McGuire is a Colorado immigration law and family law attorney at McGuire Law, helping clients with deportation defense, consular processing, business immigration, family and citizenship matters, humanitarian relief, custody, divorce, protection orders, and SIJS cases. Ginger earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she served as a Law Review staff member. She also earned her B.A. from the University of Colorado. She is admitted in Colorado and several Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals.
