Catherine M. Cramer

Catherine M. Cramer is a litigator at Brockstedt Mandalas Federico LLC in Wilmington, Delaware. Her work includes environmental litigation, mass torts, class actions, personal injury, and other civil disputes. She represents clients affected by alleged contamination, property damage, and personal injuries. She also handles matters involving premises liability, medical negligence, and nursing home abuse, bringing trial experience to cases with significant personal and community consequences.

She has served as lead counsel in more than 200 cases and has handled matters through settlement, arbitration, and trial. Her work also includes representing survivors of sexual abuse.

She has coached trial advocacy students and served as an adjunct professor at Temple Law. Catherine M.
