Christian J. Singewald

Christian J. Singewald is a partner at White and Williams LLP, managing partner of its Delaware office, and chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. He defends national and international companies in product liability, environmental and toxic tort, professional malpractice, and business disputes. His practice includes trial work, arbitration, negotiation, and other forms of dispute resolution. He also serves as co-chair of the firm’s Product Liability Group.

Christian earned a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 1994 and a B.A. from the University of Richmond in 1991. He is admitted in several jurisdictions, including Delaware, and practices before state and federal courts. His education and years of courtroom experience provide a foundation for handling litigation with substantial scientific, commercial, and procedural issues.

Christian has defended manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in disputes involving automobiles, industrial equipment, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. He has served as trial counsel and national or regional coordinating counsel in asbestos and mass tort matters. He also assists national law firms as Delaware counsel in corporate, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and product liability litigation. His experience includes jury trials and appeals before the Delaware Supreme Court.

Christian has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for product liability defense and holds an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell rating.
