Dakota B. Eckenrode

Dakota B. Eckenrode is an associate at Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP in Wilmington, Delaware. He focuses on corporate and complex commercial litigation in Delaware state and federal courts, including the Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court. He also advises clients about governance decisions under the Delaware General Corporation Law. His practice combines dispute representation with counseling intended to address obligations before conflicts develop.

Dakota is admitted to practice in Delaware and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He has written about corporate oversight claims and the interpretation of restrictive covenants in business relationships. Dakota B.
