About
Adam Croswell Gedling is an experienced employment attorney at Coffman Legal, LLC in Columbus, Ohio. With a strong focus on workers’ rights, Adam represents employees in legal matters involving wage violations, unpaid overtime, discrimination, and workplace harassment. Known for his passion, responsiveness, and commitment to justice, Adam ensures every client receives the determined representation they deserve.
Adam holds a B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Ohio University. He earned his J.D. from the University of Toledo School of Law, where he served as President of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity, Chairman of the Moot Court, and coach of the Employment and Labor Law Moot Court Team.
From an early age, Adam was immersed in the legal world. Inspired by his father’s work as an attorney, he set out to build a career centered on advocacy and service. Today, he focuses on helping employees navigate difficult legal situations. He understands that asserting workplace rights can be emotionally and financially overwhelming, which is why he offers free consultations and works on a contingency fee basis—clients only pay if they win.
Adam’s approach is client-focused and grounded in both legal expertise and empathy. Whether handling individual claims or complex wage and hour cases, he works vigorously to ensure employees are treated fairly and compensated lawfully. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
Adam Croswell Gedling is a member of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association (OELA) and the Ohio State Bar Association. He was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016 to 2019, an honor given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys for outstanding professional achievement. Adam continues to be a relentless advocate for Ohio workers seeking protection, fairness, and accountability in the workplace.
