Caroline Harrison is Managing Partner and a founding member of Pham Harrison LLP, a Fort Worth, Texas boutique labor and employment law firm. A Board Certified Labor and Employment Law Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Caroline advises and defends employers in complex workplace disputes, including discrimination, FMLA, wage-hour, and trade secret litigation.
Caroline earned her J.D. cum laude from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2004, where she served as Articles Editor of the Law Review. She holds a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her early experience includes a judicial externship with Hon. Terry Means of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
With extensive trial and appellate experience, Caroline has successfully defended employers in high-stakes cases involving FMLA interference, disability discrimination, wage and hour claims, retaliation, and class action avoidance. She trains managers and HR professionals on employment law compliance and litigation prevention strategies.
Caroline’s accolades include recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer (2016–2022), a Rising Star (2009–2015), and one of Fort Worth Magazine’s 400 Most Influential People of 2020. Caroline has also earned honors such as Tarrant County’s Outstanding Young Lawyer (2010) and Fort Worth Business Press’s 40 Under 40.
Caroline Harrison actively leads in the legal and business communities, serving as Chair of the Tarrant County Women’s Attorney Section (2022–2023), a mentor with Tech Fort Worth, and a speaker on evolving workplace laws. She also contributes annually to LexisNexis’s Employment in Texas: A Guide to Employment Laws, Regulations, and Practices.
