Sharon E. Pickrell

Sharon E. Pickrell focuses her legal practice on labor and employment law, school law, and civil litigation. She approaches every case with clarity and a strong commitment to client advocacy. Sharon earned her B.A. in English Literature from the University of North Texas in 2010, graduating summa cum laude. Sharon later completed her M.A. in Teaching from the University of the Cumberlands in 2013. She went on to receive her J.D., cum laude, in 2024 from Texas A&M University School of Law with a Workplace Law concentration.

During law school, Sharon developed her legal foundation through internships in both the public and private sectors, gaining hands-on experience in various employment matters. She was actively involved in the Women in the Law Student Association and the Employment and Labor Law Student Association, further shaping her focus on workplace-related legal issues.

Before pursuing a legal career, Sharon dedicated over a decade to public education, primarily as a high school English teacher in North Texas and Kentucky. This background enhances her ability to navigate legal issues involving schools and educators, especially those related to employment disputes, discipline, and compliance matters.

Sharon E. Pickrell was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2024 and is an active member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. Her involvement in these professional groups supports her continued development in the legal field and reflects her commitment to serving the local legal community.
