Carol Sneider Glick, Esq. is Of Counsel at Squillace & Associates, P.C., bringing over 30 years of experience to her clients across Boston and beyond. Carol focuses her practice on estate, gift, and transfer tax planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, and probate of estates. She is known for working closely with individuals and families to design thoughtful estate plans that meet each client’s personal and financial goals. Her expertise includes drafting trusts for high-net-worth clients, non-U.S. citizens, families with special needs, and charitable giving strategies that help clients plan wisely for the future.
Carol earned her A.B. from the University of Rochester, her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School, and her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University. While at Boston College, she served as an editor for the Environmental Affairs Law Review, building a strong foundation for her legal career.
Before joining Squillace & Associates, P.C., Carol served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where she worked in the Environmental Protection Division and Nuclear Safety Unit, including acting as lead counsel on the Seabrook nuclear power case. She later moved to private practice, supporting clients through real estate, domestic relations, and elder abuse litigation before focusing exclusively on estate planning and elder law.
Carol Sneider Glick brings decades of hands-on experience helping clients navigate complex estate planning and elder law matters, including Medicaid trusts, probate of estates, and strategies to reduce tax burdens. She also represents clients in trust and probate litigation, working to resolve will and trust disputes efficiently and effectively.
